I offer web hosting to my students and a few clients every year.
You get unlimited email addresses, FTP access, your own control panel, the ability to create databases, build your own website, and statistics reports about your visitors.
The pricing plan is simple... $10 a month per 100 megs of web space!
If you want me to build you a nice website... an additional one time charge applies!
